Over ten years as a coach, coordinator, and instructor across swimming, soccer, climbing, and skateboarding, I've seen it build confidence, connection, and community. But I've also seen talented teams buried in manual workarounds, fighting technology that wasn't built for how recreation actually works. Too much time gets lost to disorganized systems and underutilized tools when it should be spent on the people we serve. I started Technical Recreation Solutions because this sector deserves technology that supports its mission, not one that gets in the way.
